How do I make a reservation for my students?

Click on "Reserve for my students" and complete the form. Please note, payment must be completed to finalize your reservation and guarantee your theater seats.

How are seats assigned?

Seats are assigned on a first come, first served basis. We do our best to ensure all people under one single reservation are seated in close proximity.

How can I pay?

You may request your school to issue a check (International Ballet Company) for the total amount and mail it to 825 Shotgun Rd, Sunrise, FL 33326, or you can Zelle the payment to [email protected].

When is the deadline to reserve?

We will accept reservations until November 30th 2025, but seats fill up quickly. Please consider that payment processing might take a couple weeks so fill your reservation form and start the process as soon as you have cleared the date and coordinated internally with your school.

How long is the show?

The performance is approximately 1 hour.

Is there an intermission?

No, there is no intermission during the school show.

Is there a meet and greet after the show?

At this time, there is no official meet and greet following the performance.

Will we receive individual tickets or a group ticket?

Your group will receive a single group reservation, not individual tickets.

Are free tickets available for chaperones?

Yes! For every 10 students reserved, one chaperone ticket is complimentary.

Is there a limit to the number of chaperones we can bring?

Chaperones are welcome, but we ask that schools maintain a 10 to 1 student-to-adult ratio.

What time should we arrive?

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before curtain to allow time for seating.

How long does seating take?

Groups are seated quickly, usually within 10–15 minutes, depending on arrival time.

Is there bus parking available?

Yes, buses can park in the designated school bus parking area (location details provided upon reservation).

Can students bring food or drinks into the theater?

No outside food or drinks are allowed in the auditorium.

What if a student needs to leave during the performance?

An usher will assist to ensure minimal disruption.

Is the theater wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the venue has wheelchair seating and accessible restrooms. Please let us know in advance if accommodations are needed.

What if a student has sensory sensitivities?

This is a student-friendly, daytime performance with moderated lighting and sound. Please reach out if additional accommodations are needed.

Can we adjust our headcount after reserving?

Yes, final numbers are typically due by November 30th, but small adjustments can be made if needed. No additional seats will be reserved until additional payment has been completed.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?

Please notify us of any significant change in attendance numbers for our seating assignments. No refunds are available for unused seats.
